$457 Powerball Jackpot Winner In Pennsylvania

Talk about the luck of the Irish!  A single winning Powerball ticket was purchased in Pennsylvania for the $456 jackpot.  WFAA reports the winning numbers were 22-57-59-60-66, with the Powerball 7 matched the 8^th Powerball jackpot in history.

The location of the winning ticket is unknown, but three other winning tickets were sold in California, Missouri, and Texas matched all 5 numbers, but the winning ticket in Texas was worth 2 million thanks to the 2X multiplier.

The winner has the opportunity to take home a partial payout for 29 years or the one-time lump-sum.  The last Powerball winner was in January where a single ticket was worth $560 million dollars.

Now all hope isn’t lost as the Mega Millions jackpot rolled over on Friday to an estimated $377 million.  The next drawing for the Mega Millions is Tuesday.

The Powerball jackpot now resets to $40 million-dollar jackpot with the drawing on Wednesday.
