If you don't know by now, 50 Cent is no longer a "New Yorker", he's now a Texan after relocating to Houston last year. Since then, he's be making noise all around town including dropping some major dollars for a bottle of wine that he says "cost more than a Rolls Royce".

50 Recently Attended the 2022 Rodeo Uncorked! Champion Wine Auction & Dinner.

Earlier this week as part of the legendary Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo festivities, 50 attended the Rodeo Uncorked! Champion Wine Auction & Dinner at NRG Center where winning wines from the 2022 Rodeo Uncorked! International Wine Competition were auctioned according to Click2Houston. The competition draws wealthy patrons looking to purchase expensive wines from 17 different countries, including France, Spain, Italy, Israel, Peru, Argentina, and South Africa.

This isn’t 50 Cent’s first time at the annual event.



 

Last year, the rapper/actor/director/entrepreneur turned mogul, put in an unsuccessful bid on a bottle that sold for $175,000 at the same event. He also help raise a then record $360,000 for charity at the event. But this year, he finally got his "bottle".


 

He Took To Social Media To Share His Excitement Over His Winning Bid

50 will be sipping on the 2022 Top Texas Wine, Hye Meadow Winery Boooom Red, Texas High Plains, 2017 was purchased by 50 and his Sire Spirits, LLC brand which owns Branson Cognac and Le Chemin Du Roi Champagne, for $125,000. Jackson exhibited the 2021 Reserve Grand Champion Best of Show with his Le Chemin Du Roi Brut, Champagne AOC, NV.

Before Checking Out, They Made Sure 50 Cent Had More Than 50 Cent To Pay For It

Decked out in cowboy gear, 50 says that the auction folks sent over some guys to make sure 50 didn't back out of the deal. 50's money is good yall, but its clear that 50 loves Texas and it looks like he's going to be here to stay.
