Fall has officially arrived in East Texas, however, it is still going to feel a lot like summer all weekend long, until a weak cold front moves in late Sunday night to bring high temperatures back down to normal for next week. But this isn't a weather report, this is a rundown of some awesome things happening around East Texas this weekend.

With fall's arrival, there are going to be more and more opportunities for us all to get outdoors, enjoy some refreshing air and be a part of some great events taking place in East Texas.

Movies In The Park @ Bergfeld Park - Tyler

The fall 'Movies In The Park' series kicks off in Tyler with a showing of Sonic The Hedgehog 2 on the big screen at the amphitheater. Bring some snacks, lawn chairs and blankets and get ready for a fun family event.

The movie will begin around 7:30 at Bergfeld Park in Tyler.

Breedlove Nursery Annual Fall Festival - Tyler

Saturday the 24th, Breedlove's will be hosting a fall festival and will feature a pumpkin painting contest, hayrides, scavenger hunt, cornhole and some food too!

The event will take place at 11576 Hwy. 64 W in Tyler from 9a - 5p.

Whitehouse Farmer's Market - Whitehouse

It's harvest season and they're kicking the season off in style in Whitehouse. There will be games, face painting, crafts and a lot of things to do with pumpkins! Plus, you can purchase lots of locally grown produce, honey, flowers and farm products. The farmer's market will be open from 9a - 12 on Main St. in Whitehouse

80 Acre Market - Gilmer

This weekend's market will feature live music, several unique vendors, food trucks and a movie Saturday night. The 80 Acre Market is located at 12229 FM 1650. North of Gilmer off Hwy. 259 and will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Oktoberfest At ETX Brewing Co. - Tyler

It'll be a German-themed party and the brewery featuring German beer, German food and live music. The event runs Saturday from 11a - 11p at ETX Brewing Co. at 221 S. Broadway in Tyler.

East Texas Fair - Tyler

Fair season is here and so is the East Texas Fair. Rides, games, agricultural displays and animals, exhibits and food!
