As if the showstopping red carpet looks from Marvel's Black Panther premiere weren't enough to get us excited for the film, some fans are convinced that Queen Bey may have a song on the soundtrack or—even more thrilling—might make a surprise appearance in the film. And there's some surprisingly strong evidence to support the theory.

Beyonce wore a Black Panthers-inspired beret at the Clive Davis and Recording Academy Pre-Grammy Gala on January 27. At another event, she wore diamond panther head-shaped earrings. The following day, the singer turned heads in a chic all-black look at the Grammy Awards, an outfit she rounded out with a bejeweled clutch shaped like the fierce jungle cat—perhaps a nod to T'Challa?

Also, as some fans have pointed out, the superstar does have ties to Disney, the company that owns Marvel: In November 2017, Variety confirmed that Beyone will voice Nala in Jon Favreau's adaptation of The Lion King. (Favreau has also directed/executive produced and starred in a number of Marvel films, including Iron Man and The Avengers.)

Not only that, but the Black Panther soundtrack is being executive produced by Kendrick Lamar, who collaborated on Beyonce's Lemonade track "Freedom" in 2016.

As of now, nothing's been confirmed... But that hasn't stopped the masses from speculating. Below, see some of the BeyHive's latest Black Panther conspiracy theories from across social media:
