After nine times of being included in People magazine's "Most Beautiful" list, Beyonce has finally made the very top of the list! She's got a huge career, loving hisband, new baby daughter, and now holds the title as the World's Most Beautiful Woman.

Beyonce says:

I feel more beautiful than I've ever felt because I've given birth

She credits her daughter, Blue Ivy, with upping her beauty quotient.
