Looking for a luxurious modern home? You won’t have go far. There’s a new housing development in Tyler that’s perfect for you, Park Central. As of Oct. 7, dirt work has begun for the clubhouse. This project is underway, and it looks like it will be stunning.

It will be small and exclusive with only 26 lots off of New Copeland Road in Tyler. Designed to include a clubhouse that overlooks an infinity pool and manicured recreation park, this development has a vision for modern luxury.

Floor plans and designs have already been drawn, so you can take a look and make your personal tweaks with their designer, builder and developer, Jason Romao. Take a peek at this sophisticated design of his creation.

According to a March 31, post on Instagram, Romano is also a successful wood craftsman and has created sought-after pieces for some of Dallas’ top builders. He and his wife also own and operate another Tyler business, High Hill Farm.

What can we expect in the designs from Romano and Park Central?

Attention to detail. One Instagram post claims:

“From silky plaster to expansive glass and polished concrete, each home is designed with simple elegance as it’s leading principle. Our goal is to provide a peek into nature with the warmth of natural light. Combining modern flair with organic elements create a distinctive architectural expression.”

The official website describes Park Central as a development,

‘designed for the individual who seeks the finest in modern living. Every home is exquisitely crafted to mirror its serene surroundings and reflect the community’s attention to architectural and environmental detail. Relax and unwind in this one-of-a-kind modern approach to luxurious living.’
