Evelyn Lozada + Chad Johnson Are OVER!

The decision is final, and Evelyn Lozada is filing for divorce against Chad Johnson after six weeks of marriage, according to TMZ.

Lozada signed legal documents in Florida stating that her marriage has been “irretrievably broken.” Lozada is filing for divorce due to Chad Johnson allegedly head-butting her over the weekend.

Evelyn and Chad got married on July 4 -- and it has now been noted that they have had a marriage shorter than Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries. '

It's sad, but true, both Evelyn and Chad have both been hurt professionally from the domestic violence incident, from the cancelling of their show “Ev and Ocho” and of course, Chad being released from the Miami Dolphins team.
