Am I the only one that has a hard time getting out of bed in the morning?  I didn't think so!

There is nothing more heartbreaking than being in the deep sleep then hearing the alarm go off.

However, due to a recent study I am not alone as The Mattress Nerd  asked about 2,000 Americans about their sleep habits when getting out of bed and forty nine percent said they are off to a late start because their bed is too comfortable.

If you're apart of the twenty five percent that has an old school alarm clock like me (my Amazon delivery hasn't arrived yet) it will take an average of twenty four minutes to get out of bed and get the day going once hitting the alarm button twice and snooze button twice.

If you want to wake up on the right side of the bed you might want to avoid staying up late watching television, have a negative experience happen in your personal life or sleep on a bad mattress.

At the end of the day we all need a good night sleep and if we try to incorporate some bedtime changes like setting a different alarm tone or put the alarm across the room so you will have to get up and late night binge watching should be done on the weekend.

Have a great day sleepyhead!
