I’m writing this because I know I cannot be alone in this battle. But I want to know what you do to destress after working long hours or dealing with stress? The reason I ask is because it’s something that I struggle with.

For so long we all have been taught to work harder and just keep striving for perfection and I still believe that working hard is vital to finding success. Although I have also learned that you have to slow down and take time for you, which I am not very good at. Which is why my doctor recently put me on high blood pressure medication in my early thirties. And I know that I am not alone taking those medications either.

What Do You Do When You’re Stressed Out?

We all get there from time to time whether it’s work or home life, things can become overwhelming. But besides sitting down and having a beer, what do you do to relieve stress? I don’t want to continue to make the same mistakes and stressing all the time, but I am struggling with finding ways to eliminate the stress. I’m looking for suggestions.

It’s Going to Be a Process

I know that wanting to be less stressed out doesn’t just happen like flipping on a switch, but I don’t want to be on blood pressure medication for the rest of my life either. Please hit the comment section with any suggestions you might have, or you can email me directly at billy.jenkins@townsquaremedia.com. Please know I appreciate your suggestions and input. It truly means a lot to me.
