I've lived in the same apartment complex for almost 7 years now. About a year and half ago, I moved to a downstairs apartment. There has been a unused spot on my patio that I'm finally going to try to make useful.

And it looks like it's usefulness is coming into view.

There has always been this small planting area on my patio. I don't know if a previous tenant made it or the complex did but it's been empty since I moved in. I finally made use of it and planted some bell pepper, tomato and cucumber seeds. Well, I was overly excited to see that at least one of the three has sprouted.

I believe that's the bell pepper. I should've marked which one I planted there. I know tomato is in the middle but those seeds, nor the other, haven't sprouted as of yet. But hey, for this dude with no green thumb whatsoever, I'm counting this as win. And hopefully I'll have some nice fresh veggies soon.
