Texas has four more executions scheduled in 2026, according to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. The inmates were convicted in separate capital murder cases involving multiple victims, children or other aggravating circumstances that resulted in death sentences under Texas law.

I firmly believe that Texas is a very fair state, but the law enforcement agencies and officers will hold you accountable for your actions. That could mean everything from a small infraction to the death penalty for capital murder convictions.

If you commit a crime in Texas, you will be forced to deal with the consequences. And there are four executions that have taken place already this year and more coming soon, two scheduled in September, one in October, and one in November.

As I was looking up the details on the upcoming executions from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice website, several of the scheduled executions involve cases in which children or multiple victims were killed.

We are talking about victims whose lives were taken during the crimes. It’s just horrible, and I am glad to see that Texas will hold people accountable for their actions.
