(East Texas) The anticipation for fall's arrival is building in East Texas. While it hasn't been brutally hot like summers past, many of us are just tired of the hot and humid weather and are looking for a break with cooler fall temperatures.

Cooler Weather Brings Fall Fun

Now that high school football is underway, we want to cheer on our favorite team and not sweat to death in the stands on Friday nights! We want to be able to walk around the many festivals and events that are planned this fall without it feeling like it's 95 to 103 degrees.

Food, Festivals, and Fair Favorites

Our weekends will soon be filled with all kinds of outdoor events, festivals, and happenings. We'll be walking around with a corn dog and a bag of cotton candy in one hand while sipping on a fresh-squeezed glass of lemonade. Or we could be walking around with a strawberry-topped funnel cake and a warm cup of coffee.

While we're getting our fill on fair food favorites, we're also looking to satisfy our adrenaline rush with a few rides on the carnival rides and being entertained by all the live music that will be at these festivals and events.
