East Texans are looking forward to another fun-filled weekend and it looks like we're going to get a weekend that is more typical for us when it comes to the weather. Just normal temperatures with partly sunny to sunny skies by Sunday, so the extreme cold temperatures we had last weekend and the wintry mix the weekend before are a distant memory.

This weekend's activities kick off with something for the teens Friday evening in Tyler and then on Saturday morning kids can take part in a fishing event, everyone can have a psychic look into their future and then there's a soup and brew pairing event along with a gumbo cookoff happening in Henderson Saturday afternoon.

Here's a look at this weekend's event happening across East Texas.
