Let me tell you how much Texas started buzzing along with the rest of the country when word came out that McDonald's had a new Adult Happy Meal on the menu, and it was all wrapped around one of the most beloved TV shows in history.

The moment people found out the new meals were going to be "Friends" related, there were people hopping in their cars to get their hands on them as fast as they could. One little problem, however.

They weren't available at their local McDonald's. In fact, they weren't available at ANY McDonald's location in the United States. If you wanted one, you were going to have to hop a plane to Spain and bring one back.

How could McDonald's do such a thing? Six of the most beloved television characters ever created in America, and we don't get to have them in our lives? I couldn't stand for this, so I started hunting if they were coming to the States anytime soon.

As of right now, it doesn't look like it. However, I DID find a way to be able to get our hands on these cute little figurines they're popping in the meals. It's gonna cost us a little bit though.

eBay is such a wonderful place to visit, and it's a lot cheaper and less time consuming than jet-setting to Spain for a Happy Meal.

THE HAPPY MEAL BOX

Have to love how the box is completely adorned in Friends stuff. All six characters on the front, the infamous couch, and apartment. It's designed perfectly.

THE BOX THE FIGURINE COMES IN

Ok, this has to be one of the cooler presentations I've seen. The box is adorned with different things from the show. Lobsters, the picture frame that is so synonymous with the show, and quotes that stick out to you and are immediately recognizable.

Here's the front:

Now for one side of the box:

A NEW SAUCE

If you know anything about the show, you know Monica is a chef. So it's only fitting that they create a new sauce that is Monica-inspired for you to dunk those nuggets or fries in. I see it says salsa, so is it really a marinara? Or is it salsa? Why do I hear these six arguing about that in my head?

Ok, let's take a look at how well they did with the figures. I will tell you this ahead of time, I've been unable to find a Monica figure for sale yet, just her sauce.

CHANDLER

Could I BE any more accurate? He's just standing there holding the little chick. It was one of the best moments in the history of Chandler, and there were a ton. We miss you, Matthew Perry! You can get Chandler as a part of this auction.

RACHEL

Ok, I see what they did here. They played the whole "Central Perk" thing where she was a waitress, but was that the RIGHT move? I mean, I guess you could argue that it is, but I feel like we'd have been better off seeing her holding a shopping bag or something. Maybe I'm wrong. You can bid on Rachel here.

ROSS

As they say on that crazy baking show, "NAILED IT!". Ross with Marcel on top of his head is so iconic, and it couldn't have been a better fit for the figurine they built here. Ross is up for auction here.

PHOEBE

Absolutely thrilled with this one too. Seeing her with a guitar in her hands immediately gets me singing "Smelly Cat". They couldn't have done a better job of capturing Pheebs in her element. She (and the Happy Meal box) can be purchased here.

JOEY

Chandler has the chick, Joey has the duck. I mean, I like it, but I'm not sure I LOVE it. It's fun that the roomies are both holding their iconic pets, but isn't there more we could've done with Joe? I feel like the answer here is yes, but it's not bad. Joey can be bought now here.
