Whitehouse native and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is speaking out against a 30-second Super Bowl ad produced by a California attorney urging individuals to not adopt pit bulls.

According to our media partner KLTV, Attorney Kenneth M. Phillips, who represents dog bite victims, sent a video out into the social media ether and has since gone viral, gaining over 6 million views.

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and Whitehouse Product Patrick Mahomes spoke out on behalf of pit bulls by sending a Tweet about his pit bull "Steel". In return followers sent pictures of their beloved pit bulls as well.
