Kevin Hart’s Friend Of 15 Years Arrested For Attempted Extortion

That was the reaction from actor/comedian Kevin Hart after finding out his friend of 15 years Jonathan Todd Jackson was arrested for attempted extortion and extortion by letter.
USA Today, reports Jackson has been charged with trying to extort money from Hart by threatening to release a video that was secretly recorded of the actor/comedian with a woman in Las Vegas. Prosecutors alleged that Jackson tried to extort an undisclosed amount of money from Hart back in August, and then tried to sell the video to celebrity news outlets.
According to TMZ the two have been friends for 15 years and Hart even got him to co-star with him in the movie ‘Think Like A Man 2’ in 2014.
Jackson is currently in in police custody on $100,000 bail and facing up to 4 years if convicted.
