Potential revelations and new accusations continue to come in one month after the airing of Lifetime's Surviving R. Kelly docuseries. The latest arrived when attorney Michael Avenatti claimed that he'd uncovered a tape of R. Kelly having sex with an underage girl. He made the revelation on Thursday morning (Feb. 14).

According to CNN, the new video is 42 minutes and 45 seconds long and it includes clips of Kelly and the girl referring to her body parts as being 14 years old. Speaking to the news outlet, Avenatti revealed that he'd handed over the tape to Chicago's Cook County State's Attorney's Office last weekend.

Avenatti didn't name his client in the case, but he claims that the person has known R. Kelly for years and that the client identified the girl in the video Avenatti's client had worked for Kelly years and has reportedly met the girl in the video in the past.

The famed attorney continues by saying that the tape is not the same one that was the focus of the mid-2000s R. Kelly case that focused on a video in which he urinated on and had sex with an allegedly underaged girl. Avenatti does, however, confirm that Kelly urinated on the girl in the video.

Speaking with CNN, Kelly's attorney Steve Greenberg said he didn't hear anything about the video Avenatti speaks of.

"We are unaware of any new information involving Mr. Kelly," Greenberg said. "We have not been contacted by anyone. We have not been informed about any new information by anyone and we have not been contacted by law enforcement."
