Lola’s Hand Crafted Sandwiches Announced They Are Closing January 20
One of my favorite sandwich shops in East Texas will be closing their doors forever on January 20 and I’m pretty bummed about it. Lola’s Hand Crafted Sandwiches made the announcement on their Facebook page that they are closing due to unforeseen circumstances and I am not the only one upset about the news.
The father-son team opened Lola’s back in 2014 and have become infamous in East Texas for their hand-made breads, chips, and delicious meats and when put together, made some of the best sandwiches I've ever tasted.
The sandwich I fell in love with reminded me of a Chicago favorite “Italian Beef” which was named “Chicago Beef” - you must try one before they close! The sandwich has sliced roast beef, green peppers, Hot Italian Giardiniera peppers and spicy Au jus.
Loyal customers aren’t too happy about the news and they are showing their love and disappointment.
Lola’s Hand Crafted Sandwiches is located at 16700 FM 2493 Ste 600 in Tyler. If you haven’t had the “Lola’s Experience” you will be disappointed when it comes and goes before ever trying it.
