Johnny Manziel Signs Deal With Browns

It's official -- Johnny Manziel is now a Cleveland Brown as he signed his rookie contract.for four years, $8.25 million with a $4.3 million signing bonus and $6.7 million guaranteed.

Manziel, a Tyler native, will compete with quarterback Brian Hoyer for the starting job in 2014.
