Big news for fans of the group New Edition as all 6 members (yes Bobby Brown included) have announced big plans for 2022.

According to a post from Creative Artists Agency Music on Instagram, Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky, Mike, Ralph and Johnny have signed with the management company who are making plans to have a big arena tour next year and plans to have the group host their own residency in Las Vegas joining the likes of Usher, Rick Ross, Drake and other stars moving to Vegas.

Since 1984, the group has released six studio albums and multiple solo efforts and won several Soul Train and American Music Awards and the BET Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2017 BET produced a three-part 2017 biopic titled “The New Edition Story,” which aired over three consecutive nights and drew 29 million total viewers - via Variety

This is big news considering that recently a beef had erupted within the group over ownership of the "New Edition" name and logo. Johnny and Ralph held ownership of the brand and the rest of the group were upset about it and went public with it. But like their song "Boys To Men" they sat down and settled their differences and now all 6 members are equal owners of the NE brand.

We will definitely keep you posted as soon as tour dates are announced, and hopefully they make a stop through our area!
