One Person Killed in Crash in Smith County

One person has been killed in a crash early this morning in Smith County.

The early morning (February 10) crash only involved one vehicle, a truck, and happened on Farm-to-Market Road 850 in Smith County, two miles from Overton. Texas Department of Public Safety troopers were called to the crash at 3:58 a.m. According to EastTexasMatters.com, the driver of the 2011 Dodge Durango was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident and taken to a funeral home, according to TylerPaper.com. The crash is currently under investigation.
