Rickey Smiley and Daughter Aaryn Will Appear On GMA3: What You Need To Know

Our morning man Rickey Smiley and his daughter Aaryn will appear on Good Morning America 3: What You Need To Know tomorrow (August 24th) to discuss the shooting incident involving his daughter 4th of July weekend.

Rickey's daughter Aaryn was shot multiple times in Houston, TX while getting food from Whataburger as he made the announcement on his National Radio Show.

I wasn’t even going to say anything about this. I’ve been dealing with this all morning, sitting up here with butterflies in my stomach trying to do the show. My youngest daughter was shot last night.  She’s in the hospital right now.

Three men were sitting in a car at a stoplight when an unknown car drove up and opened fire in which his daughter Aaryn was struck in the leg.  Since the incident Rickey's daughter Aaryn has recovered and now they are sharing their story with everyone.
