With his hot new single "Can't Let It Show" currently burning up the charts, R&B star Tank has revealed via Instagram that he's suffering from a heartbreaking condition that could potentially end his career.

According to BET, the singer revealed that he is going deaf in one ear and is losing his hearing in the other and he says the ailment has come out of "nowhere".

The singer also revealed that he has also suffered from dizziness and that he has visited with doctors and received an MRI but no update as of yet on what's going on.

But the singer also offered up words of encouragement to his fans despite the bad news.

“No matter where you find yourself. Whether your body is failing you, whether your mind is failing you, whether your spirit is failing you. Keep going, keep pushing.”
