Someone in Smith County is Shooting Car Windows

The Smith County Sheriff's Office says someone is shooting out car windows! There are multiple reports of people shooting out car windows with a BB gun. Most of the targets have been parked cars, although there was at least one moving target, according to EastTexasMatters.com. The victims described the vehicles as a "dark passenger car."
