Take Your Kids to Eat For Free at These 25 Restaurants This Summer
Summer means parents in Longview and Tyler, Texas will be shouldering a bit more of the meal-planning for their kiddos--even more than normally, that is.
Hey, why not save a little money where we can? Particularly right now. Quite a few East Texans are doing their best to watch the budget.
I remember being a little kid and going out to eat with my parents. We sometimes went to restaurants where kids ate free. I certainly never minded. The food was usually great and it was typically a restaurant to which my parents would have liked to have gone anyway.
So the fact that kids ate free? Well, that was just even more of an incentive.
Thankfully, there are quite a few options around Tyler and Longview that provide some excellent options.
Maybe you have some go-to's that are tried and true. Awesome! So, once you quickly peruse this list, let me know if there are any we've left off! We'd like to make this as useful of a guide as possible for parents all over East Texas!
Before we get to the list, just a little disclaimer: Obviously our East Texas restaurants can change their policies at any time. Thus, it's probably best to give a quick call before you make a plan in case there have been any changes in pricing or even just regarding what days the "kids' eat free" deal is offered.
For most of these restaurants, "kid" means anyone twelve years of age or younger. But again, every restaurant is a little different. And also, please know "kids eating free" usually involves the purchase of at least one adult entrée. That seems fair. ;)
