Texas Deputies Are Showing Off Their Lip-Syncing Skills In New Challenge
Serve and protect is what deputies are usually known for, but now they are being known for dropping dope verses by lip-syncing.
KVUE report, what started out as a fun video from Bexar County Deputy Alexander Mena suddenly sparked a fire as other deputies in the area accepted the challenge by other deputies in Austin and Williamson County.
The now viral video of Mena lip-syncing a Spanish song has gained over one million views and more than 19,000 likes on Facebook. Other officers joined in on the challenge as Williamson County Sherriff Robert Chody lip-synced a rendition of One Direction “One Way Or Another.”
Outside of doing the regular routine of serving and protecting I find it very cool that deputies across Texas are joining in on the fun with variations of lip-syncing. I wonder if we can get some of the officers of Tyler and the surrounding areas to join in on the fun.
Who knows maybe I’ll start a lip-sync battle with the fellow jocks in the building.
Stay tuned!
