The Voice Adds a ‘Happy’ Coach in Pharrell Williams

Pharrell is no newcomer to the music game. The 40-year-old Virgina native is a genius at creating new sounds and chart-topping songs. But the real question: Will he make a good coach on 'The Voice?'

I think Pharrell is very talented on the production end, but I have never looked at him as a singer. Being that most of his songs have a different kind of sound and not the traditional sound that you would get from a true coach on 'The Voice,' I am scratching my head on this one.

Don't get me wrong, I do believe that he is talented and his celebrity surely brings a lot to the table, but I don't think I would sign my daughters up for voice lessons with him. What are your thoughts?
