We are happy to have our own Tyler Transit helping families get to the Library this summer.  Children and teens who read during the summer months are better prepared to start school in the fall by having access to so many materials, in addition to our fun programs.

Families who are interested in taking advantage of this offer will need to show a Tyler Public Library Card to the bus driver and indicate that they are either going to the library or coming from the library.  Transit and transfer passes for kids 18-and-under are free and must be accompanied by a teen 18 years old or adult at all times. Adult passes are $1.

The Tyler Public Library is located at 201 S. College Ave in Downtown Tyler, and the bus stops between the corner of South Broadway and West Elm Street at the south end of the Fair Parking Garage.  If you would like more info on the Transit Program or any upcoming library event, you can call 903-593-7323 (READ) or click here.
