Tyler Police Arrest Fugitive Described as ‘Armed and Dangerous’
A wanted Tyler man, who was considered 'armed and dangerous,' has been apprehended. Jeffery A. Johnston was arrested near North Northeast Loop 323 and Morningside Drive, according to KTEK. He had been wanted for a parole violation, forgery, and evading arrest/detention with a vehicle.
