Wesley Snipes Gives His Support For Blade Reboot
Blade fans can relax as Wesley Snipes has voiced his support for Mahershala Ali being cast as Blade for the Marvel reboot.
According to Entertainment Weekly, during Comic Con Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige announced the Phase 4 line up to give us a full detail of what we can expect after Spider-Man Far From Home.
While many of Snipes fans expressed their displeasure of the Hollywood actor not to reprise his role as the iconic "Daywalker" he took to social media to tell his fan to relax and embrace the change.
To all the DAYWALKERS losing their minds right now, chillaaxx. Although the news comes as a surprise, it’s ALL GOOD. Such is the ‘business’ of ‘entertainment!’ Much peace to the MCU crew – always a fan. Honor and respect to the grandmaster Stan.
He also gave his blessings to Ali, called him a beautiful and talented artist and expressed working with him in the future.
Snipes has been playing the anti-hero in all three Blade movies, but it will be refreshing and rather exciting to see Mahershala take on the role and put his own spin on the character.
Blade will not be included in the Phase 4 Marvel movies I am truly looking forward to seeing it in theaters.
