What’s Up East Texas? Melz On The MIC Takes Over Afternoons On Kiss!
What's really good Tyler, Longview and all of East Texas! I'm Melz On The MIC and I'm taking over afternoons plus I'm the new brand manager here at the All New 107.3 Kiss-FM #1 for R&B!
I'm super excited to be joining you all here in East Texas and you can expect us to bring some GREAT ENERGY to East Texas! My goals and purpose are to help use this station and amazing platform to entertain you, keep you informed about what's going in and around our community and also bring you amazing shows, events and excitement to the East Texas area.
I come from Killeen-Fort Hood, Texas where after I spent time serving my country in the Army and a tour of duty in Iraq, I chased a dream I've always had to be in radio. After working for the last 6 years at our sister station MyKiss1031, Townsquare Media blessed me with the opportunity to lead this station as brand manager and I'm thankful for the opportunity to help serve this community!
And yes, I call myself "The King Of SOME Media" because you may have seen me on TMZ Live as a regular contributor, done hundreds of interviews on YouTube and Facebook throughout the years with many celebrities and a fun live and local radio show, says that I pretty much have done it all in SOME media. Plus nobody seems to mind.
