Where’s The Beef? Wendy’s Drop A Mixtape Aimed Other Burger Restaurants
According to Urban Dictionary ‘Beef’ is described as to have a grudge or start one with another and in Hip Hop there are many notable beefs like L.L. Cool J and Kool Moe Dee, Ice Cube and N.W.A., and 2Pac and Biggie. However, beef has moved over to fast food as one burger restaurant declared war on its competition.
From CBS Austin, Wendy’s has a few choice words for McDonald’s and Burger King as the self-proclaimed “First Lady of Fast Food” dropped a 5-track mixtape on Friday (March 23rd) entitled “We Beefin”.
This is by far a first for the restaurant chain based out of Central-Ohio as they drop a vicious diss to McDonald’s and Burger King with “Holdin it Down” with lyrics like
Can’t be no King, yo’ burgers ain’t the finest thing!
Other tracks on the mixtape is “Clownin”, “Twitter Fingers”, and “Rest In Grease”!
(I'm laughing hysterically)
The mixtape is available now on iTunes for $4.95 and sorry it doesn’t come with fries and a shake.
In case you were wondering.....McDonald’s and Burger King have yet to respond.
