Boots & Buckles Brought Southern Soul Energy & Surprises To Tyler

It was a very cold and chilly night at The Brookside Ranch and Event Center but the stage and energy was HOT as the King Of Southern Soul Music Sir Charles Jones came and delivered at Boots & Buckles this past Saturday.

A big crowd braved the cold October weather to party and have a good time with us and there were a lot of surprises as well on Saturday night with live performances from Vince Tucker and special guest Chu'Zu, Veronica Rae'elle got the ladies dancing, up and coming stars Soul Collective made a BIG impression on the audience and East Texas' own DJ Keno G kept the crowd warmed up and dancing with the jams!

But the highlight of the night of course was the headliner Sir Charles Jones who burst upon the stage performing a bunch of big hits including "Friday", "For Better Or Worst" and the crowd was treated to special surprise as Southern Soul and Blues star Big Pokey Bear pulled up and performed a few of his hits as well including his classic "Side Piece".

Despite the cold, the audience in attendance had a great time dancing and jamming to that Brown Liquor Music! We want to take a moment to say Thank You to everyone that came out and had a great time! Extra special thanks to The Brookside Ranch and Event Center, Perry Cole and the whole team for putting this great event together and having us there!
