Cuba Gooding Jr. Surrenders To Police Amid Groping Scandal

Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. turned himself in to New York authorities yesterday, June 13 after an alleged groping incident Sunday at a rooftop bar in Manhattan.

According to NBC New York, the 51-year-old Academy Award winner was arrested and charged with "forcible touching" as he was with his team of attorneys.

He was fingerprinted and photographed after appearing at the Special Victims Unit to discuss the plaintiff's complaint.

While he's dealing with this incident another woman has come forward with another claim the actor grabbed her butt at a club over ten years ago.

That incident happened June 10th at a club after midnight in March of 2008.

His attorney's are not sure why this incident wasn't reported until now, but they are denying the charges.

TMZ has released surveillance video of the incident on Sunday and Gooding's attorneys said they found "no criminality on tape."

Cuba has pleaded innocent and due back in court June 26th.
