Homeless Texas Man Receive 200 Job Offers By Passing Out Resume
A homeless man from Texas is determined not to let his situation define his circumstance as he received over 200 job offers in a very unusual way.
According to Fox 26 Houston, David Casarez earned a qualification in management information systems from Texas A&M and decided to pack up and move to San Jose with the aspiration of launching his own tech start up, but ran out of money this past June.
Since then he has fell on hard times his van repossessed and sleeping on a park bench.
Determined to achieving his goal David went out in the streets and instead of asking for money he made a sign which read “Homeless Hungry 4 Success Take A Resume” and passed out his resume hoping he could catch a break.
A woman by the name of Jasmine Scofield took a photo of him and shared it to social media and it instantly went viral as David received over 200 job offers including top companies like Google, Netflix, Pandora.
That tweet gained 100,000 retweets and 156,000 likes and David was shocked at the responses he was receiving
