Juneteenth Gospel & Blues Explosion & Swan Block Party In Tyler

This is going to be a very special Juneteenth and a historic one at that as this will be the first time ever that the Texas holiday will be celebrated nationwide but you know that East Texas has been at the forefront of this celebration for decades.

And one of the biggest celebrations going down this weekend will take place at The Brookside Ranch & Event Center in Tyler with the Juneteenth Gospel & Blues Explosion and The Swan Block Party with the gates opening at 1:00 PM and the show beginning at 2:00 pm.

This free, family friendly event will kickoff will live Gospel performances from some of East Texas' best Gospel singers and bands hosted by Kenneth Butler. Following the Gospel lineup, at 4:00 PM, The Queen of Some Media and Kiss-FM's own Shani Scott will take over the stage for the Blues and R&B performances featuring Chu'Zu and Vince Tucker, The Unity Groove Band, The Excalibur Show Band and more!

If you love hip hop then The Swan Block Party is where you need to be and its happening in the same location after the Gospel and R&B shows.

The All New Kiss-FM will be set up with a tent there and we're going to be hooking you up with a chance to win passes to Splash Kingdom and we might have a chance for you to win tickets to see Lil Keke so come say hello to us!
