Chris Brown's Dallas Based Attorney Fires Back At The Allegations Made Against The Singer About An Alleged Brawl In Fort Worth.

The 11:11 Tour stopped through Fort Worth 2 nights earlier this summer and Breezy's performance received rave reviews from the thousands who attended the shows.

But its what allegedly happened after the show that was getting all the attention. Let's rewind the tape:

Brown, Yella Beezy, CB's entourage lieutenant Sinko Ceej and Live Nation are all facing a lawsuit filed by 4 alleged victims.

According to a report by TMZ, plaintiffs Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush and Da Marcus Powell, represented by famed Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, filed a lawsuit against the singer and Texas rapper Yella Beezy along with Ceej and Live Nation alleging that Brown ordered his entourage to beat up the plaintiffs.

The plaintiffs claim they were invited backstage and escorted there, along with 40 women, for a post-concert hang. After meeting Brown, Charles Bush alleges that someone in Brown's entourage shouted that Bush and Brown had past beef and that's when Brown ordered them to assault the men.

Bush claims he was surrounded by 7-10 people who punched and kicked him.

The plaintiffs went on to add that Brown sent Yella Beezy and his crew to chase the group of men into a dead-end staircase with a locked door where the fight continued for more than 10 minutes.

All 4 men say they suffered severe injuries and one of them remains in the hospital. They are seeking $50 Million in damages and they've also filed for restraining orders against Chris, Beezy, and Sinko Ceej.

Daryl Washington, Yella Beezy's attorney issued a statement saying that the lawsuit is “frivolous and without merit.” and went on to add that his client was not involved in the alleged altercation.

Brown and the same defendants face another lawsuit, which was also filed Wednesday and also in a Harris County district court.

The plaintiff who filed the second suit is Frederick Overpeck, who works as head of backhouse security for Dickies Arena. He's seeking $15 million for compensatory and punitive damages.

In the lawsuit, Overpeck claims he was working security following Brown’s concert on July 20, when the singer and his entourage began to brutally and severely beat four fans who were attending a VIP meet and greet, according to Overpeck’s lawsuit.

According to the Ft. Worth Star-Telegram, in an attempt to prevent the assault, Overpeck got between one of the alleged victims and the attackers, but they continued to kick and stomp the man, and in the process, they severely injured the security guard when he claims that one of Brown’s men “launched his 300 plus pound body” on top of one of the victims and Overpeck, before he was dragged off.

Brown's Attorney Is Fighting Back Against The Allegations.

Dallas Attorney Levi G. McCathern, II, who also handles other high profile clients like Cowboys QB Dak Prescott, has gone public with a statement saying that the singer was targeted and that "Chris never initiated physical contact with anyone."

In an official statement released by his law firm:

"The conflict began when plaintiff Charles Bush, a Dallas personal injury attorney, along with his entourage of uninvited guests, approached Chris Brown and began provoking a reaction. McCathern added, “These individuals had a clear agenda when they approached Chris. They were seeking trouble and are directly responsible for the situation that ensued.”

Bush subsequently engaged Houston attorney Tony Buzbee, who filed the 50-page lawsuit on behalf of Bush and his group virtually the next day. McCathern concluded, “Chris was unjustly targeted in this incident. These individuals saw him as an opportunity for financial gain and should never have been permitted backstage in the first place. The whole episode was clearly a set up.”

There's still no update on when the case will go to trial but we'll keep you updated.
