Officers with the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office and investigators with the Office of the Attorney General’s Child Exploitation Unit arrested two men on child porn charges on Tuesday, according to KTRE.com! Billy Cain, who is from Fred, was arrested and charged with promotion of child pornography, according the Tyler County Sheriff’s Offices Facebook page.

Justin Methvin, from Colmesneil, was also arrested and charged with possession of child pornography.
