Tyler Resident Wins $2 Million from the Powerball
Earlier this month, we had a $1 million winner from Bullard, but that's not the only big winner to come out of East Texas in recent memory. The Texas Lottery issued a press release on Tuesday, announcing that a Tyler resident claimed a $2 million Powerball prize.
As is the rule in the Texas Lottery now, the winner - who won the drawing on October 18, 2017 - chose to remain anonymous.
KLTV reports that the winning ticket was purchased at Polk 11, located at 9855 US Hwy 259 in Nacogdoches.
