Car Accident Leaves Homes Without Power In Whitehouse

East Texans in Whitehouse woke up to no power as a car accident was reported early this morning.

According to our media partner KLTV, the accident happened around the intersection of FM 346 and FM 848 as a vehicle crashed into a power pole.

The driver was speeding according to neighbors and the car came from the far-right lane before crashing into somebody’s yard just missing a fire hydrant while going through another yard before hitting the pole.

Power crews are responding to the power outages and have it restored.

No word on the condition of the driver.
