Today's lesson boys and girls is about making good choices.

According to East Texas Matters, a Smith County woman by the name of Felisha Williams recently (January 13th) plead guilty to possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

During her plea, Felisha declined a offer from the state for 20 years and instead opted for a jury to determine her fate.

However, Felisha has been very naughty and had 4 previous felony convictions on her record and was on parole at the time of her arrest.

She now facing an enhanced punishment range between 15 years to life rather than the normal 5 to 99 years or life in prison.

Felisha should have taken the deal because now the jury has sentenced her to 99 years behind bars.
