We Came Across A Wild Police Report From Out Of The Houston Area Where A Delivery Mix-Up Lead To A Big Bust.

While the debate over the legalization of marijuana in Texas continues to rage on in the courts and at the ballot box, there's some folks who still don't realize that its illegal and are going to great lengths to get it.

But, let me ask you a question, especially if you're for legalization: If a package of weed shows up to your door would you call the law, take it for yourself or wait to see who comes for it?

According to a Facebook Post From Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4.

In Harris County, Texas, cops there shared the details of huge bust they made after 2 suspects allegedly tried to retrieve their lost Mary Jane.

According to the May 2nd post, on May 1, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 5000 block of Roth Forest Lane in reference to a suspicious vehicle.

The report went on to add that upon deputies arriving, officers detained 2 suspects and identified them as Jordan Haberstroh and Ricardo Ortiz.

Come to find out the reason the two men were in the area is because they were searching for several packages of marijuana that was delivered to the wrong address.

And It was a LOT of weed: 21.5 Pounds that was packaged in several boxes. The duo also offered to pay the person that called the cops on them to NOT notify law enforcement.

Both Were Charged With Possession Of Marijuana.

It didn't help that they were wearing shirts with the same logo printed on the box as well as on bags located in their vehicle. They were booked into the Harris County Jail.
