Valencia Love, the woman who posted bail for R. Kelly in the amount of 100K is askiing for her money back.

According to Chicago Tribune, Love used the money to bond R. Kelly out of jail after being indicted on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.  However, she is asking for her money back and a Cook County judge ruled she will not get it back anytime soon.

Love's attorney questioned the ruling in a four page motion citing it made no sense for the money to sit in deposit if Kelly is being held without bond in the two federal cases anyway.

The business woman who owns restaurants and a child care facility who labeled herself as a "friend" made four payments of $25,000 for Kelly's release from Cook County Jail after he turned himself in.

Kelly was in an orange jumpsuit with his hands behind him and didn't speak while in court during the hearing.

Once he was leaving he gave a slight nod to his supporters.

R. Kelly's trial is to begin April 27th.
